One area of expertise for me is helping folks manage symptoms of ADHD and anxiety. These mental illnesses and many others can make our daily functioning difficult. It can be extremely useful to have tools to use to improve accomplishing our daily tasks. I also have many interventions and assessment techniques that we can use to learn about how you work!
One core tenet of therapy is exploring with the client and discovering areas of importance to them. Sometimes a seemingly unimportant sidetrack in conversation can lead to a greater discussion!
