Whether you're having marital issues stemming from a lack of communication, need help for a child or teenager who is struggling with substance abuse or defiance, or dealing with anxiety or depression yourself-you have come to the right place. I assist individuals to help themselves through their challenges. My approach to therapy encourages clients to experience an opportunity for healing, developing skills, and changing behavior.
My educational and clinical experiences combine to formulate a "Strength-Based" approach towards assessments and therapy. I focus on identifying your interpersonal strengths and then leverage them to empower you and your loved ones to develop the skills necessary to make better choices and ultimately live a healthier lifestyle.
My therapeutic practice area includes pre-marital and marital therapy, substance abuse, and individual and family therapy. In an effort to offer flexibility, ease and comfort I am currently providing in-home therapy services. In addition to being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I hold certificates in substance abuse counseling. I am a USMC Veteran.
