With over 30 years clinical experience and training at Harvard, Princeton and University of Chicago, I treat individuals and families, ranging in age from pre-teens to adults. I help clients achieve relief from emotional distress, enhance self-esteem, and restore the quality of their relationships and work/academic functioning. Clients seek my assistance on such problems as anxiety, depression, trauma, existential issues, life transitions, cognitive/learning disorders, behavior problems, as well as sexual dysfunction and addictions.
My therapy is scientifically-based, holistic, tailored to meet clients' therapeutic needs. Depending on the individual, I utilize psychodynamic, trauma-based treatment, attachment, systems or cognitive behavioral techniques. Our initial evaluation clarifies issues and targets treatment goals, promoting better outcomes. Treatment occurs exclusively online.
