About
I help people with hard problems- anxiety, depression, relationships, drug/alcohol problems, Adult Child of Alcoholic (ACOA) issues. I provide therapy that is about growth, self-understanding, and becoming the person that you really are. Many of my patients come to see me at times of change or transition in their lives. Some come for help that is focused, specific, and relatively short-term. For example, many anxiety problems and life transition issues are suited to short-term work.
I also like to work with people who want a deeper experience, a more thoroughgoing kind of work on thorny relationship problems and personality level issues. My 25 years of experience and postdoctoral training in relational-psychodynamic work have prepared me to give you the help you need.
