I have advanced post graduate training and over thirty years of experience as a Psychiatric Social Worker, therapist and supervisor. Caring, empathetic and professional treatment is tailored to the individual's or couples' needs. I believe we all have the resources available to deal with life's challenges but that they have to be tapped at times of need. I enjoy working with individuals and couples and believe that becoming a therapist is a calling; this shows in my work.

I have a great deal of training and experience, psychodynamically, cognitively, EMDR, couples work, Mindfullness and Meditative practices, Past Life Regression Therapy etc. The key in choosing any therapist is their ability to listen. I am able to listen on many levels and all interventions are informed by this.
I have trained with Dr. Brian Weiss and specialize in Past Life regression therapy. I've facilitated workshops on "Facing Fears", "Meditation", "Working with Dreams" and many others.
Couples therapy utilizes techniques I developed that go beyond communication and skills work and deal with the conflict many experience.
