lI have been in private practice for 46 years in Littleton, Colorado. My work is a combination of the Western understanding of personality development including the powerful family influences as we grow up. Also important is the Nature we are born with. My view includes the Eastern understanding that we are imbued with pure aspects of Essence that emerge developmentally and are often buried due to our early experiences of life. The problem solving that we do in the session naturally leads to our deeper issues that when mirrored and supported become permanent changes in relationship to ourselves and others.

Groups
Tuesday Personal Growth Group
During each session we focus on the deeper issues that emerge from the personal contact between group members. Members learn to contribute their perceptions and feelings of situations that arise. Personal attacks are not allowed. Each member learns how they are perceived and experienced by others. When who we are in the world is mirrored back to us it gives us the opportunity to make significant changes. After all, changing our behaviors is not changing who we are. These changes allow us to live a life of aliveness and spontaneity. The support in the group allows us to take risks with fresh ways of being.
