Sometimes life and things get to be "a bit too much." We all deal with things differently. My focus is helping clients chart a path towards greater wellbeing and fulfillment, so that they can ultimately live a happy and healthy life that matters. This means an individualized treatment plan and goals which we will collaborate together. My work is insight driven. I am passionate about helping others develop deeper understanding and acceptance for themselves, the world and the experiences which we encounter.
I have worked in the field for over 15 years, and enjoy counseling individual teens and adults, couples and families. Among my areas of specialty are depression, anxiety, couples/relationship concerns, chronic mental illness, and substance abuse, but I am comfortable and well versed in treating a wide variety of presenting concerns.
Even the slightest moment of insight can make a big difference. I place a strong emphasis on providing an open and non-judgmental atmosphere where clients will feel empowered, motivated, and supported, so they can reach their full potential of their best selves.
