Sometimes life and things get to be "a bit too much." We all deal with things differently. My focus is helping clients chart a path towards greater wellbeing and fulfillment, so that they can ultimately live a happy and healthy life that matters. This means an individualized treatment plan and goals which we will collaborate together. My work is insight driven. I am passionate about helping others develop deeper understanding and acceptance for themselves, the world and the experiences which we encounter.
I have worked in the field for over 10 years, and enjoy counseling individual teens and adults, couples and families. Among my areas of specialty are depression, anxiety, chronic mental illness, and substance abuse, but I am comfortable and well versed in treating a wide variety of presenting concerns.
Even the slightest moment of insight can make a big difference. I place a strong emphasis on providing an open and non-judgmental atmosphere where clients will feel empowered, motivated, and supported, so they can reach their full potential of their best selves.
