Starting the therapy journey can feel like an absolute slog. I aim to make that process simple and stress-free, so that you can feel comfortable talking about what's really been weighing on you. I'm not that stoic, serious therapist you've traditionally seen portrayed in movies. I smile, I laugh, I frown, I may even gasp (gasp!). Therapy doesn't have to feel super "clinical" in order to have benefits.
I specialize in treating young professionals, LGBTQIA+ issues, couples, anxiety, relational issues, work stress, self-image/identity/esteem concerns, and general feelings of sadness. If you're feeling overwhelmed, lost, or hopeless, I will work with you to better understand where it's coming from and work through it collaboratively.
