I specialize in working with the queer and neurodivergent populations with a focus on sexual and intimacy challenges from performance to , sexual trauma, sexual/gender identity exploration, neurodiversity adjustment (diagnosed or not), executive functioning and sexual/gender identity. My goal is for my clients to gain an understanding of their lived experience and present circumstance and learn to synthesize these two parts of themselves. Healing past trauma wounds will provide my clients with a healthier outlook and framework to their current circumstances.
With my past queer experiences, I believe I can be a source of support for clients who have gone through times of not being authentic to themselves and accepted by others which may cause anxiety and negative sense of self. I help my clients find ways to provide themselves with self compassion for their inner hurt and lonely past child.
As a therapist, I work with clients who are ready for change and clients who are not sure about change. Wherever you are on your journey, it is valid and moving towards your goal can never be rushed.
