Life can be stressful and unpredictable. I seek to provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families who are looking for support in their times of need. We each have stories that our minds create in order to make sense of things. These stories speak to our identities, abilities, competencies, actions, relationships, achievements, fears and failures. I wish to hear the life narratives that my clients are struggling with and assist them in constructing new positive stories about themselves and the struggles they are facing.
I see the therapeutic alliance and the genuine relationship between client and counselor as the catalyst for change. I seek to create a safe space for individuals to freely express themselves without judgment.
