Once these patterns are identified, we’ll explore their root causes and begin learning and applying new skills that support positive, lasting change and a more fulfilling life. In developing a treatment plan, there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy. I want to better understand you as an individual and the reason that brought you to therapy.
