My name is Francisco Zepeda a Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Indianapolis, Indiana working with clients statewide via tele-health. I work with individuals, couples, or families and specialize in generational trauma, childhood trauma, attachment, co-parenting, ADHD, anxiety and depression. I use Internal Family Systems, Gottman Method, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies and provide a safe space where clients are able to feel vulnerable enough to express themselves and tell their story.
Internal Family Systems and Gottman Method Therapy are two models I frequently use to help clients move towards healing and understanding their wounded parts, restore balance, and empower the "self" to lead.
During our first session we will process many things, but mainly I am looking to get to know the client and hear about the problem that brought them in for services. I am also looking to discuss things that have been going well in clients lives to ensure we have a good balance of energy (negative to positive) during session.
