We all go through seasons in our life where we feel discouraged, frustrated, or in need of answers. Perhaps we've made regrettable decisions and are trying to chart the best path forward. Regardless of what's happened, counseling is about learning to be the best version of yourself in the face of adversity. Having a space to talk about things can bring clarity, hope, and insight. I work with individuals and couples. Relationships issues tend to be central to my practice. I also work with individuals experiencing social anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress.

I've worked for many years as a therapist and educator. I'm also active in Christian ministry and teach that peace and happiness can be found in Jesus Christ. I've worked with people from all walks of life and believe there is beauty in simplicity. I approach things in a simple yet practical manner.

Often times, we let our peace and happiness depend on our circumstances. Health, finances, job status, or relationships are never givens. Something unexpected happens and it feels like our world is upside down. Learn to find your footing. Learn to be like a tree planted by water.
