About
Starting therapy can be an overwhelming and uncertain step but something has brought you to this point where it is time. Time to process, time to heal, time to change or time to address challenges. In a safe space, I’d be happy to explore with you those areas where you’d like to gain more insight, identify stuck points and develop the confidence to create change. Some of our exploration will include:
Developing centering, grounding and mindfulness techniques to combat depression and anxiety - Resolving conflict with loved ones - Processing trauma and embracing healing - Tapping into motivation to make personal improvements - Exploring more fulfilling career options - Transitioning to that scary but exciting or necessary next step.
I enjoy working with those eager to learn more about themselves and are ready to explore the issues affecting their sense of fulfillment and peace.
