I help my adult clients (especially men) heal from bad relationship experiences and build better ones with those around them, whether those relationships are with peers, family or romantic partners. I also work with children, and use evidence based techniques to help with child behavioral issues and help parents create more peaceful relationships with their children. I have a breadth of experience working with children, teens and young adults in various capacities, and have something special to offer all people going through major life transitions.
I help adults and kids 4+ with individual therapy, and couples 18+ with relationship issues. I offer therapy via telehealth to all persons in the state of California, and in-person therapy in the city of Sacramento. I'm a very friendly person and have a knack for exploring the deep roots underlying your struggles and hopes alike.
Using deep intellectual and emotional analysis, I create atmospheres of curiosity, creativity and good-humor to build skills and the self-awareness needed to truly grow.
