I am founder of The NorCal Center for Men. We focus on helping men heal from bad relationship experiences or build better ones with those around them, whether those relationships are with peers, family or romantic partners. I hold expertise in psychodynamic and behavioral models and use these to create a balance between the need for understanding patterns (making long term change) and building real world skills (finding relief from present stressors). I also have solid experience working with children, teens and young adults in various capacities, and have something special to offer all people going through major life transitions.
I help men with relationships, break-ups, sexual compulsions, pornography, infidelity, trauma, anger, anxiety, depression, intimacy, purpose, ADHD, and workaholism. Online therapy available for all Californians, in-person therapy in Sacramento. I'm a very friendly person and have a knack for exploring the deep roots underlying your struggles and hopes alike.
Using deep intellectual and emotional analysis, I create atmospheres of curiosity, creativity and good-humor to build skills and the self-awareness needed to truly grow.
