My name is Francis Cain. I am a therapist who provides services for individuals from teenage males to all adults experiencing various forms of stress, anxiety, depression, complex trauma, suicidal thoughts, and life transitions. I work with couples who are struggling with trust, communication, emotional intimacy, and infidelity. I also provide therapy for families experiencing emotional cutoffs, power imbalances between parent and child, individuality, and identifying any unhealthy intergenerational patterns within the family system.

Using evidence-based practice, I help individuals to identify the issues beneath the surface. We safely explore presenting issues, triggers, negative thoughts and behavioral responses. I also provide various treatments for couples strengthening secure attachments and emotional bonds, and structural approaches for families rebuilding healthy connections.
My goal is to create a safe and trusting environment for you to feel seen, heard, and validated. For many of my patients, faith and culture are important. So, I also provide cultural sensitivity, and faith-based interventions for those who desire them. My personal desire is that you find healing and hope.
