About
I believe therapy heals from the inside out, cultivates resilience and growth, builds a life of meaning and purpose, empowering one to fully engage with life as their authentic self. In a welcoming, sex-positive, affirming, judgement-free environment, together in partnership with you. I will mindfully customize my approach to meet your unique needs and comfort level, to bring about growth and change that goes beyond relieving distress. What I love about therapy is the journey, being able to help clients identify and enact value driven choices, accomplish goals that promote actualizing the meaningful life in which they envisioned.
I tend to take an Acceptance-Commitment Therapy, Compassion-focused approach. I am a certified Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist through the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. I am formally trained in Acceptance Commitment, Mindfulness and Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar, body dysmorphia & mental health issues.
I value therapy, my prices are intentionally on the lower end for those who do not have the luxury of private insurance or may not want to be limited by their insurance provider. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you embark on this incredibly enriching journey. You can also reach out to me through www.socal-acbs.org/team-4.
