Clients often need to get in touch with their strengths and learn new coping skills and strategies to enhance their relationships and quality of life. Experiences of burnout, midlife transitions and work/life balance have become common in my work. I do not participate with any artificial intelligence apps on principle, ensuring confidentiality.
If you’re an adult experiencing work-related anxiety, stress or overwhelming tension, I can help. If you are feeling burnt out, live with a constant feeling of dread about going to work, I can help you deal with uncertainty and anger. In addition to my clinical practice I have taught in university of social work, psychology and business.
