Do you sometimes feel out of balance? Do you struggle to lead a happier and more fulfilling life? Are you stressed and anxious? Finding the right thearpist with whom one can trust is vital. I can help you work through painful emotions. My goal is to help others better understand their needs and how the patterns of their own dance, affect their lives.

I am known as the Life Transitions Specialist® and work extensively with people during times of anticipated change. I work with Expectant Moms, New Parents, Family Planning, Fertility Issues, Pre-Marital Couples, Career Conflict, Illness & Loss, and the Sandwich Generation. I provide a relational, empathic, direct and warm approach.

I am passionate about my work. Others have said I am warm, intuitive, and genuine. My work has been largely influenced by having lived abroad, having had a bi-cultural upbringing, and having been previously trained in dance and the arts. I speak Russian as a second language.
