My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs—we move at your pace, guided by evidence-based practices and a strong therapeutic relationship. I work with individuals at $150 per session and couples at $250 per session.
I specialize in depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-esteem, boundaries, and relationships. Clients should expect to leave sessions with more awareness and confidence, knowing they have the necessary coping skills to move forward.
Modalities used in session, include but are not limited to CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness techniques. Overall, my style is empowering and solution oriented. I offer a free 15 min. phone consultation to ensure my qualifications meet your needs.
I facilitate a virtual Men’s Group Tuesday at 7pm & a Women’s group Tuesday at 8pm.
