About
I work with children, families, parents, teens, and adults and strive to help them overcome challenges and hardships in their lives such as anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment and transition concerns, trauma, and many other mental health concerns. I seek to build a strong trusting relationship with my clients so that we can work together to work on some of life's harder issues.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate preparing for my full LMHC licensure. I am trained in EMDR. I am Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 2 trained. I also specialize in a trauma-informed, person-centered, solution-focused approach to counseling when working with my clients.
It is my goal to meet my clients where they are as well as challenging them to identify goals they want to achieve and create a pro-active plan to be successful.
