I realize that starting therapy can be intimidating and I value the importance of you finding a therapist who is the right fit for you. Are you feeling burnt out? Is your anxiety or depression becoming hard to manage? Are you facing relationship struggles or going through major life transitions? I utilize a combination of Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness.
