Hi, there! I work with 21 and up which means I help clients cope with issues at different stages. Clients of mine include children, adolescents, young adults, couples, and families. My therapeutic work is rooted in challenging my clients to help them evolve from complacency and stagnation. I'm a firm believer that if something isn't growing... it's dead! With that, I emphasize a collaborative approach to ensure my clients feel they have autonomy in how changes will be made.

I specialize in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Existential Therapy, Gottman Therapy, as well as Alternative for Families Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Other therapeutic modalities are included in aiding the client's progress and success when necessary.

My deepest passion lies in combining mental wellness and physical health. In addition to being a mental health counselor, I am also a certified personal trainer. Bridging these two entities is something I thoroughly enjoy implementing with clients should it offer what they are seeking in counseling.
