As a Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Sex Therapist, I have specialized training in working with couples, families, and individuals. I work closely with clients as they navigate relational changes, e.g., loss of intimacy, emotional distance, betrayal, family conflict, parenting concerns, separation, divorce, and blended-family issues. I encourage my clients to openly talk about their feelings while constructively working toward greater closeness and intimacy with their loved ones. I believe that the quality of the relationship between therapist and client(s) is the foundation for gratifying therapeutic growth and change.
I provide LGBTQIA affirmative therapy, including those who identify as gender non-conforming, gender fluid, and non-binary. My work is supportive of straight, same sex, and mixed orientation couples, consensual non-monogamy, polyamorous relationships, and kink communities.
There is always light and hope amidst great pain. It is my job to be a beacon in the darkness for my clients. My care embodies unconditional positive regard.
