Although it's tempting to search for a quick fix, I believe there's tremendous value in dedicating the time and energy to explore old patterns, conditioning and strategies that don't serve you anymore and continue to get in the way of living the life you long for and are capable of.
Trained in both psychodynamic and cognitive/behavioral models, I also use EMDR, somatic and attachment-based therapies to help you find and be in the space to tolerate and move through difficult feelings that in turn allows you to adjust creatively to new life circumstances.
