This time has been isolating and life alternating to say the least. Many of us are left with a feeling of overwhelm as we are separated from one another and cannot participate in the lifestyle routines that once helped us to feel grounded. My approach to therapy is customized based on the unique makeup of each of my clients. My work with couples is focused on developing effective communication and opening intimacy through emotional awareness with the medium of Imago Therapy. Individual therapy is comprised of somatic, cognitive/behavioral therapies and hypnotherapy.
