Welcome and thanks for stopping by! I am currently accepting tele-health clients 21+. I've been licensed as a marriage and family therapist since 2002 and in Colorado with 5 years of professional work. I have a master's degree in counseling. Everyone, at some point needs a helping hand, and I'm looking forward to taking this journey with you! Like many of us I have had to create new meaning out of the relationships and challenges of my childhood.

Whether you're experiencing relationship struggles, family of origin problems, anxiety, depression, addiction, divorce, parenting/family matters, sadness over loss, underachievement, autism, a low sense of self or something in between you can give yourself.
