Welcome! I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, supported, and able to better understand yourself. My goal is to help clients develop deeper self awareness, reflect more internally, and feel more confident in recognizing their ability to make choices in their lives. Therapy with me is collaborative and client centered. I do not believe in telling clients what to do, but instead work alongside them to explore what is coming up and guide the process in a way that feels aligned and meaningful.
I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable talking openly about their thoughts and emotions, even when things feel confusing or overwhelming. I offer different perspectives while honoring each client’s unique experience, helping them slow down and better understand what may be happening beneath the surface.
I believe clients already hold much of the insight they are seeking and therapy is a space to uncover and strengthen that understanding through reflection, curiosity, and support. I value autonomy, choice, and flexibility in the therapeutic process and I work to ensure that clients feel empowered, supported, and heard every step of the way.
