Many clients come to me because they’re struggling with depression, anxiety, or navigating complex emotions around gender identity. I work with adults who want to understand where these patterns come from and how to shift them. Together, we explore the emotional and physical roots of your experience and develop accessible, dependable ways to self-soothe and navigate your internal world. My approach is collaborative and grounded in compassion. I bring a blend of curiosity, steadiness, and care to every session, meeting you where you are and offering space to go at your own pace.
As a queer and trans clinician, creating a space where people can be fully themselves, without explanation or apology, is central to how I work. My background in private practice supporting LGBTQ individuals has shaped the way I show up in the therapy room: with warmth, respect, and an openness to all parts of your story.
Outside of sessions, you’ll find me taking long walks, gaming with friends, or playing bass guitar, ways I decompress and reconnect to myself. I bring that same spirit of care and creativity to my work with clients.
