Frances is a passionate mental health clinician with a Master’s in from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s from New York University. She specializes in supporting women, AAPI and LGBTQIA+ communities, non-traditional couples, and immigrant adolescents and families. She also offers services in both Mandarin and English. Frances believes therapy is more than a conversation – it is a journey of of advocacy, empowerment, and the exciting creation of a life that’s authentically yours.

She combines Emotion-Focused Therapy, trauma-focused CBT, and Zen-Buddhism in her practices. Her priority is to create personalized approaches for clients from all walks of life.

Working with her feels like a walk along the beach. Some days, we sit by the beach and observe the waves come and go. Other days, we jump in the sea and explore the deep, mysterious tides of emotional waves together. Throughout the journey, we laugh, cry, and most importantly, love ourselves and the world around us with compassion and authenticity.
