Hi there, My name is Frances and I have a passion to promote joy and well-being in others through my therapy. I’m a dedicated strengths-based, solution focused Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has been practicing in Hampton Roads for the past 6 years. I’m a Virginia Beach native who graduated with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Norfolk State University. I have vast experience working as a clinical supervisor and therapist in both early intervention and continuing care settings. I enjoy utilizing my vibrant skill-set, humor and mindfulness to assist my clients in adjusting to the current life challenges they may be facing.
