I am a licensed therapist with over 30 years experience and the ability to draw from a wide range of modalities. I bring compassion, integrity and accountability to this process, valuing each person's innate abilities and resilience. I have certification in DBT skills: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation and distress tolerance.
