But good news - I help couples develop warmth, the feeling that “I am lovable and he/she loves me,” that “I can count on them, and I matter to them.” I'm trained in Gottman couples therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, two of the most effective methods out there today. A therapist who hasn't been trained specifically in couples can waste your time, money, and hope. I have that training. I also get it because I've been there, and I've found healing.
