Is my partner there for me? Will they back me up, love me, care for me, understand me when I need them? So many people feel alone, even in relationships. We long to feel wanted, desired, intimate, and appreciated, but it seems impossible to get there. And what seems to work for other couples hasn't worked for you. Maybe you've even tried couples counseling, and it didn't help. But the good news is that help is here. I help couples learn how to communicate, "get" each other, and get on the same side.
I get it. I've been there. I've been through some stuff in my life and have had to learn to get through it. It has made me stronger. I've used my access to the very best training out there, such as Gottman couples therapy, to learn and grow and not make the same mistakes again. My training changed my life, and I look forward to passing it forward to you.
My passion is to help others get through too. We don't need to hear, "just get over it;" we need a listening ear from someone who understands, and a little direction. That's why I am dedicated to finding the very most effective ways to help people get there. Call me to make an appointment or to ask any questions you like.
