But good news - I help couples develop warmth, the feeling that “I am lovable and he/she loves me,” that “I can count on them, and I matter to them.” I'm trained in Gottman couples therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, two of the most effective methods out there today. A therapist who hasn't been trained specifically in couples can waste your time, money, and hope. I have that training. I also get it because I've been there, and I've found healing. My passion is to help you develop security together, to turn toward each other, and answer Yes!! to the question, "Are you there for me?" You matter, and you deserve closeness.
