I work with immigrants, children of immigrants, and people from BIPOC communities, especially Filipino-Americans and Asian-Americans who are navigating trauma, family pressure, and the particular kind of burnout that comes from living between worlds.
I have significant training in EMDR, Brainspotting, DBT, and Somatic Ecotherapy to support long term and holistic healing. In an age of AI and constant digital noise, I offer something increasingly rare: embodied healing rooted in the natural world.
For my fellow Filipino/a/x kababayans, I especially welcome the chance to connect and offer a space where our shared cultural experiences are centered.
