My counseling style is person-centered with an emphasis on building resiliency to help with depression, PTSD and anxiety. I believe in meeting people where they are with dignity and respect. I utilize EMD/EMDR, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to help clients reach their personalized goals.
