My goal is to provide a safe space for clients to begin their therapy journey. I work alongside clients to meet their goals. I assist them with becoming self-sufficient and confident when dealing with challenging experiences. I also provide encouragement and support during counseling. We choose the best modality for the client, finding what works best.
I believe people can benefit from having a non-judgmental ear to listen. There is value in counseling, at all stages of life. I walk through life experiences with clients, while they grow and apply what they have gained in therapy.
