Hi there! Therapy can be a daunting endeavor, and my aim is to make it as accessible as possible for folks. I primarily focus on areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and sexuality. I am largely involved in providing therapy for members of the LGBTQ+ community as well. Working from a person-centered perspective, I aim to meet my clients where they are currently in life, as we are all doing the best we can with what we have. My goal is to provide a safe space where my clients can feel heard, understood, challenged, and enlightened.
