Finding your voice is a journey of empowerment. From a shy child, to a lawyer who became a voice for others, to becoming a clinical social worker after a period of personal exploration, I am someone who has come full circle in finding my voice. As such, I have a deep interest in helping others find theirs.

It is a journey of self-discovery that can lead to greater authenticity – knowing your true beliefs, your values, and crafting a life that flows from those beliefs and values. I seek understanding of human relationships, including the real-life binds, twists and turns, and choices we make on the rollercoaster of life.

Middle adulthood, commonly referred to as “midlife,” is often a time of life fraught with changes and trials, such as aging parents, raising teens, career changes, and separation or divorce. For some, it can be a time of questioning “the meaning of it all.” This group offers a safe space in which to process these and other issues. By listening to others’ stories and sharing our own, we have the opportunity to develop insight about ourselves and our patterns of relating to others, as well as gain valuable fresh perspectives on our issues.
