My ideal clients are children (8-17) and adults navigating burnout, overwhelm, social expectations, or life transitions who want support that actually fits how their brain works. I help you build practical coping tools, increase self-understanding, and reduce stress in a way that feels sustainable. Together, we create strategies that honor your strengths, improve daily functioning, and support meaningful progress without masking who you are.

I specialize in neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed therapy for autism, ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, and OCD in Tucson. My approach is strengths-based and tailored, helping you reduce overwhelm, improve emotional regulation, and build skills that align with your unique needs and goals.
