Therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy to be meaningful. Sometimes growth happens through insight and reflection. Sometimes it happens through laughter, curiosity, and feeling genuinely understood. Often, it’s a mix of all three.
You may be someone who carries a lot on your own. Maybe you’re used to being the responsible one, keeping things together even when you feel overwhelmed inside. You may have tried therapy before and found it awkward or overly clinical. What you’re looking for now is something more genuine, a place where you can talk honestly, feel understood, maybe laugh a little, and still do meaningful work.
I offer person-centered therapy for teens and adults, tailoring sessions to the individual, not a preset plan. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, attachment wounds, and inner child work. In addition to individual therapy, I offer a limited number of couples and family sessions. Therapy is flexible, collaborative, and genuinely supportive.
