I’m a therapist with over five years of experience in the mental health field, driven by a deep belief that healing begins when people feel safe within themselves. My work focuses on helping clients develop effective coping skills, build emotional resilience, and improve their overall quality of life in ways that feel realistic and sustainable.
My path into this work started early. I’ve been in helping roles since the age of 19, beginning as a Certified Nursing Assistant and later working as a Direct Support Professional. Those experiences shaped my approach to therapy today: grounded, compassionate, and deeply respectful of each person’s lived experience.
Therapy with me is collaborative and practical. Together, we identify tools and strategies that actually fit your life, not ones that sound good on paper but fall apart in real-world moments. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, empowered, and capable of thriving, not just surviving.
