Just Keep Swimming is designed to assist people who are navigating grief and loss. This may be due to the passing of a loved one, a life transition or myriad of other major changes of life. It is an 8 course program that provides support with education on the grieving process, healthy coping stratgies and the shared experience of others who have had similar experiences.
