You may be the person others rely on, while quietly carrying grief, stress, or old wounds that never had space to be processed. If you grew up around addiction, dysfunction, or emotional instability, you may still feel the impact today—in your relationships, parenting, or sense of self. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who have spent years taking care of others and are ready to focus on their own healing. Therapy can help you understand these patterns and begin creating healthier ways of relating and coping.
I evaluate individuals in relation to their environment and use evidence-based approaches tailored to their needs. I offer EMDR to process trauma, along with DBT and CBT skills to support emotional regulation and coping. I am also trained in early EMDR approaches (R-TEP/G-TEP) to help stabilize and process recent or overwhelming experiences.
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to explore what you’ve been carrying and begin developing new ways of navigating life. We move at a pace that feels manageable and respectful of your readiness. If you feel this approach might be a good fit, I welcome you to reach out.
