Do you or a family member feel that life is so difficult and everything you try appears to be falling apart at the seam. Disappointment, hurt, grief and anger can morph into complicated unwanted behavior if left unresolved. The soil is rich with my expertise in direct process questions, family systems, insight, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral skills and dedication to helping people help themselves.
While it is common for one person to come for sessions it is my specialty to have couples, parent- child, siblings, parent-teenager and parents with aging parent sessions. I demonstrate to all members through respect and understanding that each person's feelings and thoughts are equally important.
