In my years of experience in the field, I've found that the use of psychoanalytic psychotherapy yields excellent, lasting results. In order to successfully recover from the obstacles to a happy life, it is important to explore the origins of those obstacles in a safe, protected space with someone you can trust. I also offer clinical supervision for professionals.
I find the most important part of treatment is the development of a strong therapeutic partnership, where you feel trusted, safe, heard, understood and validated. Once we work together to establish that, I am uniquely qualified to help explore the origins of your problems and how to work through them to successful a outcome.
