For over 35 years I've been serving the community of the East End of Long Island as a therapist, lecturer and consultant in schools and private practice. I utilize varying modalities such as EMDR, mindfulness, stress reduction techniques and traditional talk therapy.
Trained in EMDR 22 years ago by creator Dr. Francine Shapiro, I use this powerful psychotherapy treatment to access rapid, transformative breakthroughs for everything from performance, relationships, anxiety, depression, phobias, chronic illness, addiction and trauma. Im a certified EMDR facilitator and consultant who lectures at hospitals and libraries.
My focus in working with clients is to build trust and achieve healing and relief in a confidential and safe environment.
