I specialize in working with adults seeking support for emotional well-being, sustainable weight loss, bariatric surgery preparation and recovery, and GLP-1 medication journeys. I do not prescribe medication, I provide support to accompany your GLP-1.

I offer an integrative approach grounded in empathy and practicality. I use evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to help you identify your goals, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and build meaningful change in your life.
Our first sessions will be a chance to get to know each other, discuss your concerns, and determine whether we're a good fit. Together, we’ll clarify what you hope to gain from therapy and create a plan to help you move forward. I would be honored to support you on your journey.
