Re-Focus: Thriving with Adult ADHD
Meets on Zoom. Unfortunately, all too often our society sends the message that those with ADHD are "lazy underachievers" who are "faking it" and simply need to "work harder.” This societal message couldn't be further from the truth! ADHD is a neurological condition that alters your ability to maintain focus, stay organized, and shut out all the "extra noise" in your environment. Re-focus is a 6-week group where adults with ADHD can support one another, learn more about ADHD, and gain practical tools to improve their cognitive functioning.
