Dr. Victor H.W. is a specialist in Clinical Psychology and can effectively treat many challenging adult and youth presentations. My approach to treatment is influence by the scientific evidence! With children, adolescents, and adults, I draw from evidence-based treatments that have been proven to work; including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Existential Therapy in addition to traditional talk and play therapies. However, psychotherapy is both an art and science and what works best depends on the person and the problem that the individual or family is facing.
